Final Sale and Return Policy (Miami, Florida)

General Policy
All sales of faux florals, greenery, and decorative items are final. Due to the nature of our products and
their delicate handling requirements, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase
has been completed, except as stated in section 2 below.
Exception – Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 calendar
days of delivery by emailing sales@legaragechic.shop with supporting photographs. Each case will
be reviewed individually, and replacements or refunds will be issued only if the product is confirmed to
be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process for Exceptions
Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable
condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified
error or defect on our part. Refunds will be processed only after the item has been received and
inspected by our team.
Acknowledgment of Policy
By completing a purchase on our website or through any of our authorized sales channels, the
customer acknowledges and agrees to this Final Sale and Return Policy in its entirety.
No returns are accepted for customized items, clearance products, or goods that by their nature
cannot be resold.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and our policy was not clearly posted at the point of sale, you
are entitled to request a refund in accordance with Florida law.
