🚢 A Slight Delay on Our Shipment’s Voyage!
Dear community,
We want to share a quick update regarding the much-anticipated arrival of our latest import.
As you know, sometimes nature has its own plans. Due to the recent hurricane that affected the shipping lane, the vessel carrying our merchandise was obliged to change its route and delay its journey for safety. This is a force majeure situation that is beyond our control, and while we would have loved to have the products ready on the original date, safety and well-being are always the priority.
But here is the great news: The vessel has now resumed its journey and is sailing full speed ahead towards us!
We know you are just as eager as we are to get your hands on these products. We assure you that we are monitoring the situation closely and are doing everything possible so that, as soon as it docks, the merchandise clears customs and arrives at our warehouse as quickly as possible.
We are incredibly grateful for your patience and understanding. It won’t be long until we can announce that your desired items are ready!

Queremos compartir una pequeña novedad sobre la esperada llegada de nuestra última importación.
Como saben, a veces la naturaleza tiene sus propios planes. Debido al reciente huracán que afectó la ruta marítima, el buque que transporta nuestra mercancía se vio obligado a modificar su trayectoria y demorar su viaje por seguridad. Esta es una situación de fuerza mayor que escapa a nuestro control, y aunque nos hubiera encantado tener los productos listos en la fecha original, la seguridad y el bienestar son siempre la prioridad.
Pero aquí está la buena noticia: ¡El buque ya ha retomado su camino y está navegando a toda máquina hacia nosotros!
Sabemos que están tan ansiosos como nosotros por tener estos productos en sus manos. Les aseguramos que estamos monitoreando la situación de cerca y estamos haciendo todo lo posible para que, tan pronto como desembarque, la mercancía pase por aduanas y llegue a nuestro almacén lo antes posible.
